Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because we don't get paid for all of the hard work we do. Our pay is lower compared to most other companies. Vault tellers, they have double the responsibilities and are not paid any extra. In the changes in referral incentives, we are required double the work for half the pay.
