This company has had great potential in the past, but lately feels unfocused. It very much feels like we are not successful and are taking a shotgun approach to try and improve without working with those the changes affect. Moral is very low and our teams are extremely frustrated with our direction.

Communication and transparency. Consistency with focus all the way down to front facing employees.

Our team gets along and all have similar goals and practices. We know what needs to get done and we work together through challenges.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and listening to their teams. Change happens abruptly and most kinks get worked out after the fact. This has put a lot of stress on our teams.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our voices dont feel heard. I feel that the company makes a plan, executes the plan, then asks how it impacts each person after the fact. This has led to extremely high stress and makes coming to work a chore each day.
