I have had a positive experience with my transition to FMB. My manager, Annie & Terri are excellent leaders. I love this company; it is nice to feel welcomed. I have the opportunity to develop relationships. I wish I had a clear understand of goals & expectations. I enjoy doing very well at work.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Mostly a positive experience. I feel valued and I have what I need to build my business. I am still learning. My TMSA, does not have my best in mind. Some RM's are difficult to work with and most do not have real TM product knowledge. RM & BM having a deeper knowledge would increase referrals.

I like my manager and Executive management

Our leadership is very visible, inspiring and friendly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love Treasury Management, sales and meeting new people everyday.

Everyone is very much a team; my SA is very negative and that can really bring me down at times.

I enjoy the Treasury team. I do not believe that my TMSA has my best interest in mind. He is very negative.

Many employees are happy to be here. I love to hear the words...We are happy that you are here. It has been very welcoming.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy my paycheck however to get more in line with other banks we should receive incentive quarterly on sales and annually should be based on performance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like my salary; however, I struggle due to the benefits. I have had more out of pocket costs than ever before with this insurance. This makes it difficult to stay above water.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am given space & opportunity to grow relationships that will grow revenue. I do not have a clear understanding of my goals, but I feel like the ability to develop strong relationships with RM's and branches will pay off two-fold!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that I am not mirco managed, I am empowered to make decisions, I am able to build a business while assisting in building the brand in Michigan and I can be me! I do not have a clear understanding of goals, but I hope I will for 2025.
