Being able to laugh and interact with customers.

my Coworkers and the connections I have made with our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work great together through thick and thin, we do a killer job. and get the job done correctly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team which I would say is my Management team does a great job of making the work environment fun and not miserable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the Customers. I just wish we did more for them. Have Events, or have company outings that customers can join us and have conversations outside of the work place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along, we know how to help each other, we don't get upset about asking for help. we can laugh and joke. Teamwork is a dream here, and we make things happen.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking away Birthday's, work anniversary, and Christmas parties is first and foremost the biggest issue. Each team is so small and having that little bit to make us feel like we matter means a lot. not the printed out monotone birthday card that is exactly the same for everyone. or the expired candy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do a lot for the company. and A living wage is important. we talk about investing the community, but we aren't investing into our employees as much as we should. IE my last statement about taking Birthdays and parties away. but we also don't do enough for our community. I think we could be better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I literally have a hire up come in to give us a meeting about selling a product because they know we don't get paid enough and if we sell the product its like getting a raise. How is that suppose to make me feel? we all know we don't get paid enough but nothing is being done about it.
