I have spent over 31 years here, Very Thankful for my job. Just wish the sick time situation would have been handled more fairly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I lost a lot of sick time when they placed a "cap" on it, and part of my accrued sick time was from unused vacation time that at the time we could only roll into sick time and now employees can roll unused vacation time to the next year AS vacation time. just do feel valued for not abusing it.
