The people I make friends with. Everyone is determined to keep in touch and offer help when needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are no longer allowed puzzle books or crochet. We are not allowed blankets or soft plushie decorations. We are discouraged from using heat pads. Calling in sick counts against us. VTO and our 5-minute grace time were taken away. We are discouraged and penalized for socializing with other teams.
