Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better raises. We have to evaluate ourselves along with our management evaluating us. There are 4 or 5 options and the management and myself evaluate me as the "Exceeds Expectations" and I receive a $0.30 to $0.35 raise for a whole year.
