I've never been so happy in my job before. Even waiting for a spot to open up to bring an old coworker in with me! Only thing I would change is being paid biweekly.

The people make it enjoyable to come to work

Doing a job that I enjoy and am excited to grow in

Very fair pay for the work being done. Insurance is better than I've ever had.

Being in a nontoxic work environment and feeling appreciated and valued by my employer and my company

I have never had a more welcoming and kind team and it makes coming to work a good day every single day

The insurance is much better than what I was used to, I would like to be paid weekly as opposed to biweekly though

The kindest and most understanding group of people that I've dealt with. So good about helping a new person figure out what they're doing.

Everybody gets along so well, going to work really is like I get to go and spend 8 hours a day with my friends

The fact that they care, they acknowledge the good things that you do and accomplish and make it clear what needs to be done to advance

We have the best manager who cares and makes it fun to come to work, the clients are also super nice and easy to talk to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have the most amazing boss. She took me into banking from factory life and doesn't get frustrated with the excessive amount of questions that I ask. Couldn't ask for anything better!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more mindful of the work they're doing (cash in's and cash outs, writing deposit amounts on slips, constantly fixing simple mistakes gets tedious), spend more time doing the job at hand instead of only conversing with customers
