BC's should be included in decisions that are being made, better pay, listen to us our feedback because we are actually doing the work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
it would be helpful if ideas/procedures etc. would come to the BC's first! it may make sense to someone else but when it comes to the BC's it is nearly impossible for some of the things to happen. We are given so many tasks to do, yet we are still helping customers in the BC as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
changes have been made to make other people's jobs easier and those changes have fallen on us. now we have so many things that we have to do on a daily basis on top of running transactions for customers. we do not get paid nearly as much as we deserve for doing all the jobs that we have to do.
