It has been extremely negative. Horrible pay, work-life balance and benefits. No room for advancement and continuous empty promises.

We actually care about each other as people and not just coworkers

They are trying to come up with new ways to improve our job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with. Other than that, I struggle to find positivity here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay, being short staffed and not having any other branch have them send a single person to help us. Forcing to work overtime without notice. Work-life balance is non-existent here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know people that have less experience than me in my same position that make more than me. My incentive was slashed to making it impossible to achieve the goals for anyone in my position in my market. Our insurance does not cover anything. Our annual merit increases don't keep up with inflation.
