I love my management team and branch team. The overall incentive for the work we do is not the best and should be appropriate to the daily work and tasks we do everyday.

The leadership teams seem to truly care about the company and its employees.

everyone works well together and can lift each other up and motivate one another.

which leadership team? My branch team is helpful. knowledgeable and willing to train and help anytime I need it.

my manager understands when I may need help and is supportive with my life and life outside of work

my team is helpful, supportive, and take initiative every day. Everyone know's their role but is willing to step in and help when needed.

my team is great to work with, we all get along and work well with each other. My team helps and we all strive to meet the same goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
my insurance and vacation time. The incentive program is horrible, they have taken away points that I should earn incentive on as those products take more bankers and customer time to process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the incentive when my operating branch meets the goals. Although, with the recent changes among accounts goal and incentive plans. It seems the goals expected do not align with the incentive in place.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have built a clientelle and customer wants to come and see me for their banking needs. I have a good handle on the tasks I need to get done every day and am able to complete those tasks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the responsibilities and tasks handed down to the banking center, on top of what I am already doing, is not fair to my compensation and pay. We are required to spend 1+ hours with a business customer and no incentive paid for it. Customer care transferring calls to the banking center.
