Specifically in my banking center, it's the comradery of my team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being transparent in regard to the "why" behind the procedures and tasks they pass down and require us to follow.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Having more time to, even if it's just one day a week, to be able to work from home uninterrupted to complete all of the reporting and paperwork things that get piled up because of constant interruptions during the day being in my office at the banking center.
