I am overall elated that I can work with a local company where I used to have to drive to Indianapolis for nearly 25 years for work. I am close to home now to take care of my elderly mother and drive less than 10 minutes to the office.

that i can decide I can work from home or drive in to the office, it helps tremendously that I can work from home
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation, Housing and economic conditions are a concern to me. I am struggling to keep up with rising prices and wages seem to be stagnate.
