I love that we get to help people, make money to help my family, and I really like what I do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our insurance is expensive and the coverage is poor. jumping through the hoops to get the most of what we can out of our insurance is stressful. Our pay is way behind others in our industry. when you work really hard to obtain officer status and if something changes with your role you lose it.
