My manager does not acknowledge me, I do not feel heard .
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Help with the workload, if everyone pulls their weight, we can be successful as a branch.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have done a lot in just a small amount of time, and I've spoken with my manager during our touch base about how I feel about my pay several times and he continues to say he's going to look into it, and he has not. I'm getting paid less than my coworkers and doing majority of the work.
