That I and my work contribution are valued. That I can contribute to a variety of efforts on a daily basis. And that I can see those efforts produce results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is empathetic and patient. Angst and stress are not qualifications for achieving our goals. It truly is a team atmosphere. We work hard but are also expected to have balance and are supported to do so.
