The main focus is on retail. However the retail management is always out at frivolous events and then the staff at the banking centers are not managed and mentored so mistakes happen and losses to the bank occur.

We work well together and assist each other without being asked.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay equivalent to industry standards. Better PTO limits. Increase of remote positions to save on real-estate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hold people accountable for their actions. Look at the industry standards and try to adopt them here. There is a reason other banks are bigger and have better pay, PTO and equipment.
