I previously worked for the company, and I worked in the branches which is a very different environment than working on the back end. In my experience, working in the branch can be extremely stressful at times but working on the back end has been a better experience for me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I feel that I have made a positive impact on someone's day or if I've caught an error and prevented a potential loss/negative impact on the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is responsible, very knowledgeable, and open to change. I think the team I am on has a strong background/experience which is irreplaceable in my opinion. Most of my teammates have good communication skills, which is important for what we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive about the culture and environment at our company is how welcoming they are of everyone. They make it a point to make sure everyone feels included and they have taken strides with DEI that have helped employees feel more comfortable in their own skin at work.
