Ever since i started at the company as a temp i was welcomed as a normal FMB employee and treated as part of the team since then even after getting hired on by FMB.

They have amazing Flexibility and Transparency.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team/co-workers and the workload help make the day go smooth and enjoyable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the ERG's and what they represent, and the all-around acceptance that FMB exudes is amazing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HSA card slightly helps compensate for the high deductibles. However mostly, if not all, comes out of pocket at the end unfortunately.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our communication and comradery/teamwork is the best I've had the pleasure of experiencing in comparison to all of my previous places of employment.
