What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not the company as a whole - but my particular area. We respect one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with. Unfortunately, the work I do does not appear to be important to the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and don't think of something as "someone else's responsibility" We will step in when needed. I do not see this in the lines of business I regularly interact with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay does not match my overall experience. It also seems that we are behind in reviewing the overall pay structure. I am regularly contacted by banks/recruiting companies and the pay is always higher than my pay here.
