I came to realize very quickly that the bank is a small town bank and the location of the branch is not realistic to the economical area that the branch is located! The customers that come into the branch use the bank as a small bank that they put some money in or buy a CD just for convience , and

They need to be realistic and we don't all live and work in Indiana!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A more fair assessment of the branch and the personal goals! I am not in a high volume branch and we only get like 10 transactions a day! It is difficult to get new accounts like checking accounts and savings in the branch!
