It started out very bad and shaky but now it is wonderful.

the 401k is very good
What makes you most happy at work?
When i can clear and exception and when my loans close without issues
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is people from different cultures and banks that work here giving very good and different perspectives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager cares about me as a person and my development that is what I LOVE about her, and she is very knowledgeable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a certain standards for the CA position and there is a whole different set of standards for the RM's position. There is alot of times that I am corrected if I make a mistake and it does not seem like the RM's get disciplined.
