We truly enjoy working together, as well as assisting one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't feel they care about the individual team members that are not on the managerial or executive staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With today's economy, I do feel that being paid more per hour would be more helpful to all entry level employees. I don't know what other employees are paid.
