This job is adequate and I am thankful that it pays my bills for th emost part and isn't excessively stressfull. I would love better benefits and pay to really make this company a lifetime job. Also know the company is willing to invest in me even up to retirement and that I'm not jut a number.

It's a totaly fine and acceptable job but nothing that will change your life.

They leave me alone most the time.

Everyone does their job well and for the most part helps each other out.

My manager invests in me and helps me to continue to grow and work towards goals.

The company mostly leaves me alone so I can do my job at my own pace.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If I worked 20 hours a week and made $100,000 a year I may be more excited about going to work.

I appreciate that for the most part my company leaves me alone and lets me do my job without trying to micromanage my every move.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers are totally fine and we work together great. I just don't need to see them to get my job done. We work just fine through email, chat, teams meetings, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My insurance is really bad having to give $200 per a paycheck on top of a $6'000 deductible before I can get any coverage for me and my wife. Additionally I only make enough money to live off of and not enough to truly thrive and grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance benefits are genuinely some of the worst. The insurance is so expensive on top of a very high deductible and then the insurance company may still deny some of my coverage. Either better insurance benefits or a higher pay scale across the entire company is needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's a souless job where I do my 40 hours a week so someone else can make a lot of money. So long as a company cares mostly about profits for it's top people (CEO, Shareholders, etc.) above all else it will alwasy remain nothing more than a job.
