I have enjoyed my time here for the most. It all depends on what supervisor you get for the department you are in about how fun they make it or relaxed or if they are a micromanager.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits aren't very good. Yes they are cheaper monthly with the high deductible plan but they don't cover anything.
