I feel the team work as a whole has went away. Noone will send help when needed. The team environment among the brances as went away

It's mid at best. There's just enough pay and benefits to attract new hires from working a retail job. This company sits on a line of being just good enough, hardly competitive.

I wish I was valued more as a person from the company and the time I give them. My experience isn't valued

Have realistic expectations for their subordinates.

Better pay. Better benefits. Thank you

no opinion with the company. BUt my branch is great

I like helping customers, my coworkers who I enjoy spending time with.

Acknowledge our time we commit to this company and the work we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't like the new incentive program. Seems we are doing more work for less pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have become friends with many people I work with, are very close with some of them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
HSA contribution incentive is nice, but a lower deductible plan or something with better coverage would be appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers who I've made a close bond with, and my freedom to be allowed to be creative
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager and a few of my coworkers. The manger makes work fun with different games and activities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager cares and have proved that over and over. We work as a team here which make is good to come to work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not know the leadership team. Other than my manager and Jess Hopkins I do not feel like I could go to anyone with other problems
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Expectations too high without proper compensation to counterbalance. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. We're humans, either get more help and pay them or pay us more to do more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was a current raise in wages, but it did not factor in experience, performance and time with the company. So if you have worked with the company for many years in your role someone coming in brand new will make the same amount as you. Should be adjusted to factor that all in.
