I think the company culture is great, it's just my branch's culture is close-minded and uncomfortable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They say some out-of-pocket things that aren't really work appropriate. They also make fun of customers and sometimes other company coworkers behind their backs.
