I would find that the general work culture is inviting, helpful, and friendly. I think our job as a company will be focusing on preserving this culture and maintaining the good people it has already.

Very cooperative and flexible. Decent communication/willingness to reach a common goal.

I would say everyone seems to be a fairly genuine/nice person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the way they are encouraging individuals to learn and grow their skillset.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing a good job on a task and getting it completed. Free lunch is always nice too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many other similar jobs outside of the company are offering better pay / benefits. That makes it hard not to want to browse for other opportunities.
