I feel valued, and like my leadership team truly wants us all to succeed.

I like my job in general way, but I really LOVE our customer base and my co-workers!!

My leadership team is spectacular, and they lead by example. They are tough but also understanding!

We really care about one another, and we work to well as a team! I truly love my co-workers!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a Customer Service Associate, and also my branches Vault Teller I feel that some sort of incentive should be given for carrying an extra role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say it's our paid sick time. I have worked for companies where I was able to accrue PTO, but never have I received sick time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so ready and willing to help. I ask ALOT of questions and I always find the answer if I can't find it on my own. I feel like our company really wants to set the employees up for SUCCESS!!
