We have work to do, but we have fun while doing it.

helping my customers, connecting with my team and brainstorming ways to make our processes better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have the ability to earn extra income quarterly by being high performers & hitting our goals. I like the challenge & the reward that comes along with it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are a small team of different ages but we all work together really great. We all learn in different ways and we each bring something different to the table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are a big company that continues to grow but our leadership never makes the employees feel like they are just a number. Our thoughts are heard and important to them.

We are small, but mighty! We all connect so well & bring different ideas to the table. Our ability to easily work together is what makes us so successful as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I moved roles and have made less each year since moving, but i feel that i contribute a great amount to our team and to be making less and less is discouraging.
What makes you most happy at work?
a challenge - i love to break things down & challenge myself to find a solution. my manager knows this & makes sure i have things to help keep me feeling fulfilled in my role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to our concerns & painpoints - they take them through the proper channels and report back on an update or timeline for resolving them, the communication has gotten so much better over the past 12 months, it feels like we are being heard!
