Higher compensation would be wonderful since we aren't even at cost of living.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture not so much but for the most part the environment is pretty good. This is a job and a business so we shouldn't have to walk on eggshells around some employees. Do your job like everyone else and we shouldn't have to worry about feelings.
