I'm Thankful for the company, my team, peers, and my manager. What takes aways is the disconnect between the different divisions, leadership vs customer facing teams, we have a wealthy and educated clientele in my market but we don't seem to understand their needs & how to cater to their standards

My team and location makes working hours a positive experience, My success and my teams success and progress since I joined as the new leader has changed my daily prospectives and their happiness became mine
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better plan and a more diverse plan, why do we only have 2 high detectable plans. Also, we not paid as most of the competitors are paying employees in our area, incentive does not make up for difference
