My best days at work are when I get to colaberate with positive, outgoing colleagues who are interested in making peoples lives better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our customers. They want to do their best to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think the EMT needs to listen to people who actually work on the front lines of each department. I work in consumer, in a branch, We've spent 2 years building systems like DAO and Horizon XE that don't work properly and aren't a help to those in consumer. No one listens to us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation "banding" is so difficult that we had to have numerous calls just to ensure everyone understood. I'm when you look at the band it's very frustrating because I am someone who is coming off back to back years of exceeds and my pay doesn't even match the mid pay of my band.
