My experience at First Merchants Bank has been world class. I'm an employee who has been with the company less than a year and coming from an environment where I was one of 30,000 employees. The personal touch and care that First Merchants shows it's employees has been a very welcome embrace.

Collaborating with a variety of business partners and knowing that they ultimately have the same goals for our Shareholders and employees alike makes me happy at work.

IT Leadership is very open, honest and transparent. They are not afraid to highlight their own faults or improvement areas. It lets everyone know that we all need to work to get better and are in this together. Even the ones behind the steering of the Ship.
