I really appreciate the way the company embraces its employees and how they interact. I feel like they prioritize their employees and create an inclusive and inviting workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team! They are a wonderful group of individuals who come together, have fun, progress well and make each day a great one! We communicate well, we flourish as a team, and they are all kind and helpful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It strives for the excellence of its employees and customers alike, treating everyone with one goal in mind: to prosper. I find that there are many groups, community events, company events and the overall involvement of the executive members is appreciated and exciting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a single living 26-year-old, I can attest that even with $16 hourly pay, I am still struggling to make ends meet many times a month. I can't imagine what it's like for the families here, we need at least $18 to get by, and to hopefully be able to save for our futures.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I can be my own person while also helping make movements within the company, too. I enjoy the environment I get to work in, I appreciate the people that I have gotten to know and develop relationships with, and I am able to grow with a company that I can have a career with.
