I have to say that we are a family. Dysfunctional at times but family.

WE do work well together, and all know what our responsibilities are. Like a well oiled machine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like I am competitively paid compared to other financial institutions. I also don't feel like I am sufficiently compensated for my job title.
