that we respect each other and we always try to learn new things about different cultures and how to talk the proper way
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i think in my position, we do so much every day, and we are required to get so many calls, and prospectives done and some of us have to speak Spanish to some customers and don't get any compensations for it its a little bit frustrated. I think we can be compensated a little more for what we do .
