What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work with. I am new to the banking industry, so it's been enjoyable to learn new reporting requirements and expectations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While, I am ultimately satisfied with my pay, I do believe that I could be compensated more. However, the benefits, I have a relatively inexpensive compared to other jobs, I've held.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the leadership team's concerted effort to provide better and clearer communication to the company as a whole. Quantity of communication has never been an issue, however, content at times has felt/been underwhelming.
