This has been the best job so far I have had when it come to the atmosphere. Pay could be better and benefits but overall, I enjoy working with the people around me and feel welcomed when I come to work.

Everyone builds friendships with everyone. We all help find the solutions to others questions

Being able to talk with co-workers and make the day be brighter with them

I like that everyone acts as a whole team even though we may be divided into seperate teams

All my Co-workers are friendly. Everyone gets along and there is never tension seen or heard amongst us

Everyone gets along, there is no drama where you see at other companies, and we all have each other's backs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like our department gets overlooked from other departments when it comes to events or even working from home to balance work and personal life. I also feel like our department is way under paid compared to others where we are the frontline for FMB
