Some of the best things about my team is I feel comfortable talking to them. I feel like I can bounce ideas off of them and they provide feedback and great communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working hard and getting more than normal work done doesn't mean you exceed expections. Yearly reviews, always makes you a Solid Performer and when asking management about how to exceed expections it's too far of a reach. Feeling undervalued and never reaching that goal.
