we have wonderful customers downtown that appreciate our team and listen and seek opportunity where needed. Our enviroment is extremely friendly and professional .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been here at FMB for 6mos now and what I like the most is the attentiveness that I receive from our leadership !
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very strong team with most of us having a great rapport and work ethic . With an exception I believe that Monroe Downtown is doing a fabulous job at working well together and prospering .
