Honestly, I have personally had highs and lows over the years. I am currently at a good place, working with a wonderful group of co-workers and clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am enjoying the videos Mark is sharing. I like the involvement these are showing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very diverse staff ethnically and ages. It is a very positive environment everyone working together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Assisting our clients, both internal and external, utilizing my strengths and knowledge to the best of my ability.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very cohesive team that recognizes the strengths of each of us. We use these strengths to work together and assist our clients in the best way possible. Our manager also believes in empowering the staff, encouraging everyone to learn all aspects of the banking center.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in the branch setting. Over the past years our CRR staff have received wage increases outside the annual increase. I understand these are attempts to assist with turnover. However, that has not always been received by the positions higher. This can result in a under-appreciated feeling.
