I think we do a good job of being collaborative.

I feel empowered to take initiative and work on new ideas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the exec team does a good job of being available. They don't seem shut off or isolated from the rest of the bank.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is wrong, I am just not excited about going to work every day, and I don't think that would change regardless of my job. I like my job, I'm just not excited about it day in and day out.
