Being able to help those in need of help or just in need of a generally good experience
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While I am lower on the totem pole, my interactions with those higher are not affected by this shift
What are some of the best things about your team?
I know that I am appreciated by them and that if there is anything i need both inside and outside of the workplace, they will make efforts to help me as I would do for them
