We all get along and are all very alike so there is never any drama or arguments.

The people I work with make it very easy to come to work everyday and we all are very understanding

I like how committed they are to letting the employees speak about what we are upset about and will do what they can to help us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that for the things we deal with and the hours we work, a little more starting pay would be appreciated and even little raises would also help.
