Very accepting and friendly, but they are very good at their jobs and are extremely skilled and knowledgeable.

Our team is very open, engaging and friendly. Although we focus on different aspects of our job, everyone is willing to help the others and does it without hesitation. Everyone goes above and beyond in their role, as well.

When I interviewed at Flowserve, I was encouraged to "find my crew" by one of my interviewers. Since joining the company, I am confident that I have indeed found a group of people that are not only professional but also individuals I would consider to be great friends.

Flowserve is very values based and every initiative, strategic motion or campaign is tied back to one or multiple of those values. My coworkers are also a very collectively motivated and outgoing group of professionals with a passion for their craft.
