What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all in the circle of trust and stand up for each other no matter what, if we are wrong we take it as a learning lesson as a team not singleing anyone out.

Tight-knit and local. Almost everyone on the team is in the same office space and collaborate on everything from grooming to design, coding to testing.

Everyone has a can do additude and wants to help each other regaurdless of posistion.

Flexible hours and understanding of personal life priorities. As long as everyone pulls their weight, nobody has an issue with people taking the time they need for personal tasks like appointments and even vacations.

The variety of people I talked with gave me a very good understanding of what I would really be doing, much more so than the Job description.
