Legendary Company that give you good learning opportunities but at the same time is not leaving you much space for creative work sometimes. Too much bureaucracy, too much teams that work on similar projects but they do not learn from each other. Positive experience but it can always be improved.

cooperate with my workmates and do things together.

they are close to you, they respond quickly on any doubt but sometimes it takes too long for them to make a decision
What are some of the best things about your team?
becasue of global team you do not meet your team very ofthen ( 2-3 weeks per year you can work together ) but they are open, friendly and involved in their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
work conditions between countries should be more similar and if in one countrie you get money for over times , in the another you do not and no any other compensation applied for overt times. we should pick all the best from all countries and try to apply it all over the global team.
