HR do not care about workers and workers conditions.They care about doing surveys requested from top management and having them done even if results are not effective.Our value as project execution is not valued.Our knowledge has no value.Effort and dedication we put into devilering on time:no value

Dedication must be valued. Experience must be valued. We have several applications that are meant to help us with our work but most of the time we are working at puting inputs in the applications and when we do there is always some error that appears in the process. no follow up on sequent steps
