What do you like best about the leadership team?

Humility is the most remarkable behavior of our leaders

What are some of the best things about your team?

Smart, Business driven and respectful.

What makes you most happy at work?

Seeing continuous improvement & innovation.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Culture of respect, a lot of effort on transparency. I don't believe our 'say-do' on focus is that great..

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company articulates internal salary increases based on EOP multiples rather than true role value. This 'method' makes catching up lower salaries a never ending process. Several employees leave within 12mo after getting bigger accountabilities because pay does not follow (or it does too slowly).
